Pam is an accomplished marketing leader building brands and businesses across sports, media and entertainment. She’s leveraged her background in consumer packaged goods brand management to take marquee properties like the NY Knicks and Madison Square Garden to the next level by refining their branding and advertising strategy, improving their product messaging and driving scale across all marketing channels. Pam has an MBA from the Wharton School, a BA from Stanford University and was named to Crain’s “40 Under 40”. She is a member of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative Advisory board and is a Wharton Class Ambassador. She was a board member and "WISE Within" mentor for Women In Sports and Events (WISE) and has taught market research at NYU’s Tisch Center. Raised in Rio de Janeiro and Mexico City, Pam speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish, with working proficiency in Italian. She is a devoted athlete – runner, biker and certified yoga instructor.

- As CEO of Real Madrid North America, she worked closely with the world's #1 sports property to build a multi-media platform to engage fans abroad
- Built activation strategies for Brazil World Cup 2014 sponsors
- Helped develop the bid for an auto sponsor for the 2016 Summer Olympics
- Refined the marketing operations for MLS's Real Salt Lake to develop/build their world-class soccer-specific stadium in Sandy, Utah
- Served as the US point person for "Beyond Sport United", organizing a global conference on using sport for social change, with soccer as a driving component
